If possible, could you explain what is inside the folder on their desks? The one titled My First Grade Adventure? Is it just student work completed through out the year? or something else?

I am like Lisa I started the Jungle theme last year and want to improve on it this year especially since we are going to start our country study with Africa. Can you help me out in any way?

Wow! You guys sure are having fun!
Just curious, what does HFO stand for in your rules behind the floating self-portraits?
Thanks for sharing your brilliant ideas!

Wow! Your room looks fantastic! You spent a LOT of time and effort creating a rainforest in your classroom and I am sure your students learned a lot.

I will look forward to the unit on TPT.

Are the DJ Inkers type bulletin board letters made by you or purchased?

Love the colorful pictures of your classroom! Are the patterns for the sloth and monkey in your rainforest unit? They are adorable! Also, what materials/directions do you send home for the mini-me home project? My students make mini-mes for the May family project, but they don't turn out like yours! Thanks for sharing!
