Rainforest Madness!! Plus...Pigs and Pancakes, Baby!!

   Happy Sunday, Peeps! Kerri here...
OMGarsh! I am so so excited that FINALLY Scrappin Doodles made some "proper" rainforest clip art! I have been waiting for this for a year! (insert happy dance!)
I did rainforest as my theme for Open House last year, and the kids ATE IT UP!! It was so so fun! Click here to see pictures from that post!

I have been hard at work making some rainforest themed centers on TPT!! Presenting (drumroll please!)...
With this Rainforest Fun! Literacy and Math Centers packet you get 9 fun-filled learning centers! (click on pics to go to my TPT store)

Next weekend, I will be working on a GIANT art and graphic organizer pack for the rainforest so you can make craftivities and write about rainforesty things like these:
sloths
rainforest flowers
monkeys
                     rainforest flowers

parrots
red-eyed tree frogs

butterflies

layers of the rainforest
rainforest fishies
Finally, quite a few of you requested it, so here is your If You Give a Pig a Pancake comprehension cut and paste activity, and also an endings (-s, -ed, -ing) sort that I will be using this week...  click on the links to download!

To those of you on Spring Break, JEALOUS!! I still have 4 more weeks to go!!
I'll be back later this week with a fun rainforest math FREEBIE, and as I think of them, I will be posting more rainforest things! Have a great Sunday!

  2. Soooo sooooo cute! I am loving those sloths!! We did Habitats (rainforest included) for our Open House theme for the last 5 years. We are changing it up this year to life long ago (pioneers) . . . but you are really making me want to continue with the Habitats!!
